These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stryker Digital website and any marketing services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Stryker Digital provides digital marketing services for home service businesses, which may include local SEO, paid search management, website design, reputation tools, and reporting. The specific services, deliverables, and fees for your engagement are described in the written quote or agreement we provide before work begins.

No guarantee of results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, budget, seasonality, and how you handle inquiries. We do not guarantee any specific result, search ranking, lead volume, conversion rate, or amount of revenue. We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot promise particular outcomes.

Fees & billing

• Service fees are billed monthly in advance unless your agreement states otherwise.
• Third-party advertising budgets (for example, Google Ads spend) are separate from our service fees and are billed by those platforms directly.
• Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider.

Term & cancellation

Engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may cancel with written notice as described in your agreement (typically 30 days). On cancellation, you remain responsible for fees for services already provided through the end of the notice period.

Refunds

Because our services involve ongoing work and third-party costs, fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it promptly and in good faith.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to accounts or assets we need to do the work.
• Ensure any content or materials you give us don't infringe others' rights.
• Comply with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms used in your campaigns.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand assets and content. Deliverables we create for you become yours once related fees are paid. We may reference general, non-confidential information about our work for portfolio purposes unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stryker Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with an updated date, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
